Where monsters
get built.
The Kaiju Workshop is a maker’s studio that builds products, campaigns, and events by hand — with personality, and bite. We build what we want, then let it loose on the world.
Three kinds of monster.
Digital products, physical goods, and the things in between. We design it, build it, and sweat the details until it's ready to be unleashed.
Digital · Physical · MerchConcepts, content, and the full rollout. We shape the idea and design every piece, so the whole thing lands — loudly.
Concept · Content · RolloutFrom the first concept to the day it goes live. We plan, design, and run events that feel built by hand — and impossible to ignore.
Planning · Design · Run-of-showThe Workshop
We grow monsters in a workshop. On purpose.
The Kaiju Workshop runs on one idea: every project is a creature. We grow them in-house — sketched, built by hand, and stress-tested on the workbench — until they’re ready to leave. Some are products. Some are campaigns. Some are whole events.
They all come out the same way: handmade and built to leave a mark. A Kaiju shows up where the work has gotten comfortable, leaves a (good) crater, and moves on — wherever one lands, the place is never quite the same again. We’re a maker’s studio, not a faceless agency — charming enough to trust, and powerful enough to worry about.
Anyone can pitch a monster. We build them.
Every build leaves the same way.
Design
Every build starts in the lab. We sketch it from every angle, pin down what it actually needs to do, and decide what kind of creature we're growing.
Sketches · Direction · A planBuild
Then we make it — by hand, in-house, screw by screw. We don't outsource the interesting parts. We build, test it on the workbench, and keep tightening until it holds together.
The thing itself, builtUnleash
When it's ready, it leaves the workshop. We send it into the world and let it leave a (good) crater. Built by hand, slightly out of control — exactly as intended.
Live · Loose · Out thereFresh from the workshop.
Some still in the tank. Some already out in the wild.

Come say hello.
We build what we want — but we love hearing from people who get it. Collaborators, kindred troublemakers, or anyone who just wants to watch a monster leave the workshop.
The door’s open. Mind the crater.
